Prophet Dr. Edem Jubilant Mensah
President of SFCOMI and IIOM, Accra Ghana
Message From Our Founder & President
Do you have a passion for missionary work, outreach crusades, and achieving your dream of obtaining ministerial training at the certificate, diploma, and degree levels in Theology, Leadership, Biblical Studies, Mission, effective evangelism, and Ministry, etc.?
Your certificate, diploma, or degree is important, but where you receive your training and the impact you make is more important. It must be a place that reflects your values and helps you discover, develop, and shape your gifts and calling. The heart of God is to save the world, but the question is: 'How can this be done?'
It requires a four-dimensional approach: spiritual commitment, physical sacrifice, cross-cultural effort, and relevance to the generational context. It means disciplining one's total personality with a clear conscience.
The IlOM is committed to preparing dedicated men and women to loyally fulfill God's mandate by providing relevant training for students of the International Institute of Missionaries.
Our vision is to train and empower men and women as missionaries, both nationwide and globally, through mission activities. We are devoted to equipping leaders to plant and multiply evangelical indigenous churches. We recognize the importance of denominations. The aim of the IIOM is to go the extra mile to preach the Gospel and save souls for Christ through missionary activities.
Areas of Commitment:
a) Spiritual Formation: We prioritize the spiritual nurture and development of the entire IIOM community.
b) Character Building: This involves applying biblical principles of loving, learning, caring, sharing, growing, living, and doing together in a cross-cultural community.
c) Academic Excellence: We serve as a premier center for advanced theological and missiological education in Ghana and worldwide, with well-qualified and experienced teachers from both local and international backgrounds.
d) Missionary Vision: We focus on identifying people groups, soul winning, church planting, growth, and disciple-making based on missiological principles.
We welcome Spirit-led leaders to join us in advancing the Kingdom of God. We look forward to serving together with you.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
-
WE BELIEVE the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts.
-
WE BELIEVE that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-
WE BELIEVE in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
-
WE BELIEVE that man was created in the image of God, that he was tempted by Satan and fell, and that all following Adam have sinned and are sinful; that repentance toward God, faith in Jesus Christ, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit are necessary for salvation.

LOCAL CHURCHES

Churches partner with us in giving students a ‘home’ church during their studies, with many continuing to support students prayerfully once their studies conclude.
Undergraduate students undertake their practical ministry in a local church or organisation, serving in a particular ministry during the academic year.
Students have the opportunity to get involved in the ministry life of the church, supervised and in a cross-cultural team, developing the ‘Hands’ part of our learning ethos.
PASTORIAL CARE
Lecturer Groups
Lecturer groups meet twice a week and are an integral part of institute life providing opportunities for mutual care and support, worship, prayer and a lot of fun too!
Every student and staff member is placed in a small group resulting in a diverse mix of nationalities, cultures and experience. The group Lecturer provides pastoral oversight for students in their group; meeting regularly to talk through pastoral and study concerns.
Each tutor group comes together to organise Community Worship once a term for the whole college community; leading the service in their own unique way. Lecturer groups also pray for former students and staff through our Network Prayer, sharing in the lives of both All Nations and Redcliffe alumni.
Pastoral Team
The pastoral care team are from local churches, volunteering a few hours each week to be at college and provide a listening ear for students. They can direct towards further help if appropriate.
Pastoral care and personal development is an integral part of institute life
